We all love BBQ Ribs but if nightshades are a problem then uggh what are you to do?
Well I found an answer with KC Natural Primal Cherry AIP BBQ Sauce and my own special meat rub recipe.
We used 2 of our favorite cooking tools to make this a quick and easy dish! Our instant pot and an airfryer. I rubbed our rib meat with garlic infused Kasandrinos olive oil (we prefer this brand as the orchards are certified in Greece. I infuse this oil with all kinds of goodies but the garlic version is my favorite go to oil. I then rubbed a combination of spices, which are smoked cherrywood salt ( I like to keep the salts down add a Himalayan salt to taste if needed, organic onion & garlic which I dried and grated you can use granulated if you chose. I also added turmeric make sure it is a high grade and has a strong aroma, organic & dried thyme, rosemary, dill and sweet basil. The key to this is a smoked salt and any flavor or you chose will work well.
Place the meat in the instant pot and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. This will depend on your instant pot and you will surely smell that awesome smell! Once done take the juices and put aside for alter use like making a gravy I save all my meat juices and fats. I add the meat back and add a jar of the KC Natural Primal AIP Cherry BBQ sauce. BTW this is NIGHTSHADE FREE! I personally like ZING in my BBQ sauce so as an option add freshly grated ginger to the sauce to liking or if you prefer slightly sweeter taste add a little coconut sugar. Turn the instant pot on for another 10 minutes.
Remove the ribs .... OOOH can't you feel your mouth watering??? Place the ribs on a rack and place in the air fryer for 5 to 10 mins so the crisp up slightly!
I added some fresh sauteed summer squash sauteed with the infused Kasandrinos olive oil, organic dried organic rosemary, thyme, dill, sweet basil and garlic! Be creative on the spices. A few slices of fresh organic avocado and you got a BBQ you can drool over!
So now I need to find my leftovers for lunch!
