AIP Paleo - Tangy Orange Ginger Chicken Wings & Legs w/ cilantro cauliflower rice & steamed veggies

I so miss spicy and I was able to create a basting sauce that curbs my craving!



Sauce preparation took 15 minutes

Chicken once basted takes 15- 20 minutes in an airfryer

Ingredients:

1 cup - fresh squeezed orange juice

3/4 cup - coconut amino - I used Coconut Secret

1/4 cup - ginger juice or 1/2 cup freshly grated ginger


Add ingredients in a small sauce pan to a boil, once boiling turn down to a simmer until the sauce thickens.



Baste chicken first with olive oil - I used an orange infused olive oil

Then baste chicken with the orange ginger sauce

Place in airfryer and cook until done 160F it may be 15-20 mins depending on chicken pieces

Baste halfway through the cooking with any remaining sauce



Cauliflower rice -

Grate cauliflower, add 1 tsp fresh cilantro, 1 tsp ghee and steam - I used my mini fast pot

While cauiflower is cooking steam your favorite veggies.
