Prep time to serving time less than an hour.
Pre Heat oven 350 F
Fresh Alaska Salmon - wild caught ... this one was by me!
Sauce for salmon
Cilantro - fresh fresh when possible 2 tbsp
Garlic - fresh minced 1 tsp
Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 -3 tbsp. - add 2tbsp then add additional tsp if desired
Olive Oil - 1/4 cup
Sea Salt = 1/4 tsp
Bake salmon in dish skin side down and baste with sauce ....be generous!
Salmon depending on thickness is about 15 -20 mins a great indication is when the white (which is just coagulated protein aka albumin -very natural for fish) starts to emerge on salmon. Fish should be flaky but watch closely not to over cook!
Steamed broccoli spritzed with lemon and presto a meal for royalty!
Note: If you want a great presentation double the sauce and take half and put it aside to make a creamy sauce.
Take sauce in place in small sauce pan and add 1/8 cup of coconut milk.
Slowly simmer for a few minutes until hot.
Drizzle over salmon and vegetables!
