I was craving and I do mean craving a spicy lunch! You can alter the sauce to taste! I use organic veggies and chicken from my local grass fed meat market
Makes 2 servings
2 cups chicken or your favorite protein
1/4 cup coconut amino
1 cup chopped jicama
1 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup coconut aminos
3 tbsp fine chopped garlic
3 tbsp olive oil - I used Kasandrinos one of my favorite certified Greek Olive oils
Note: Try using red cabbage too!
The ginger sauce ingredients:
1/4 cup finely minced ginger
1 1/2 cups KC Naturals Imitation Mustard - love this stuff you can find it at our AIP Marketplace!
Lettuce leafs of your choice - I used Boston Lettuce as it looked the best at the farmer's market today
In a large saute pan add chicken and olive oil when almost cooked add the rest of the ingredients and lightly saute so veggies are still crisp!
For the sauce just mix both ingredients to taste - easy peasy!
Now fill your lettuce boats with the goodness & drizzle your sauce and its smooth sailing to deliciousness!
